Dollarway senior, Kavareous Lowe has been selected by the Arkansas Activities Association to participate in the Arkansas High School Football All-Star game this summer at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR and is assigned to the East Squad. The selection was based on his field production, character and sportsmanship. Kavareous was nominated by all coaches from 6-3A on being one of Dollarway’s most outstanding athletes. He will participate in All-Star Week and All-Star Camp at the University of Central Arkansas, June 19th-22nd, 2019. He was also recently selected as a member of the 2018 Simmons Bank/Deltaplex Radio-Football Dream Team and will be honored during a banquet at the Pine Bluff Country Club next month. In addition to playing football, he also competes in basketball, and track & field.

When it comes to sports Kavareous believes that his strengths are his determination to win and his commitment to help his team to be victorious. His coaches said, “Mr. Lowe is a leader on and off the field, and an asset to his school and community.” Kavareous shared that his future aspirations are to be successful in whatever career he chooses to pursue, and to bless others using his success. He also shared that he is inspired by his uncle, Jay Barnett. Kavareous holds a cumulative GPA of 3.48, 21 ACT score and ranks No. 7 in his graduating class. From the entire Dollarway community “We are so proud of you Kavareous!” Thanks to Athletic Director, Alton Murphy, Head Coach, Martese Henry and the entire Dollarway Coaching Staff for helping to prepare this young man for such a tremendous opportunity!
