Juniors & Seniors in the Dollarway School District recently attended the ArkACRAO Articulation Workshops at UAPB. ArkACRAO stands for Arkansas Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers. Articulation is held each September in various regions of the state and serves as an opportunity for high school counselors, college access professionals & college representatives to meet & exchange information, network and prepare for the upcoming academic year. Students attending meet with college recruiters to answer important questions they may have regarding certain majors, visit days and the like. Many students also apply for admission, scholarships and follow-up on current applications. The workshop included remarks from UAPB Chancellor, Dr. Laurence B. Alexander.
